About me

I am a 23 year old mixed media artist with an associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College and studied at George Mason University for a short time. Currently working as a Shift Leader at The Dairy Godmother. 

 

My pieces are works that I really enjoyed working on or felt I learned something new, whether it is about the process of painting and drawing or just about myself in general. Many pieces are playing with color to see what I can and texture of pieces, with paint piled on and CD shards that you can touch.  Pieces done on my free time are all visions and ideas that hit me, some are done in one sitting on whim, or revisited works that I add to or re-do. The waters is a small series of paintings that crawled out and I worked through multiple sketches and version before reaching the finished piece, though the series is still in progress.
